Who we are

What we collect
When you request quotes, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, project ZIP code, the type of problem, property type, whether you own or rent the property, whether you have a structural engineer's report, timing, budget range, description and any photos you upload. We record the consent wording you agreed to and when, the page you submitted from, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use to prevent spam.
How we use and share it
- We share your request and contact details with up to three foundation repair or waterproofing contractors who work near your project, so they can contact you about it by phone, text or email. We never share a request with more than three contractors.
- Contractors who receive requests may pay us a fee for each referral. We don't sell your information to data brokers or for unrelated marketing.
- We send you a confirmation and may follow up about your request.
- We use the information to prevent fraud and spam.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text message, replying to our emails, or writing toprivacy@findafoundationpro.com. We'll pass your opt-out to any contractor we shared your request with. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information.
Retention
We keep quote requests and photos for up to 24 months, then delete them. Records of consent may be kept longer where needed to show what you agreed to.
Contractor information
Business listings are built from public state licensing records and from service evidence such as a company's own website. We don't publish owner, qualifier or personnel names, street addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Public listings use the registered business name, which can be an individual's trading name.
Website analytics
If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use and how they arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects browser, device and usage information. Service providers
The site, its database, photo storage and email delivery run on Cloudflare. We also keep a copy of each request in our own lead-management system. These providers process data only on our behalf.
